March 28, 2005 Agency Directors Appointed to Washington Social and Health Services Departments On March 8, 2005, Washington Governor Christine Gregoire announced the appointments of three new directors for the state's Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Department of General Administration (GA), and Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).
