Netsmart Technologies Acquires Therapist Helper Product Line for $12.3 Million
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Mental Health & Chemical Dependency Services On February 29, 2008, Netsmart Technologies Inc. announced its acquisition of the Therapist Helper product suite and operations from Nightingale VantageMed Corporation for $12.3 million. The Therapist Helper software includes practice management and billing applications for individual and small group private practice psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, therapists, and social workers.
