April 4, 2005 Florida Health Partners Initiates Web Site for Medicaid Enrollees Florida Health Partners announced on February 22, 2005, that it has implemented a new web site feature for Medicaid enrollees that use evidence-based practices to provide wellness and disease management education modules for members. The feature is to reinforce efforts to integrate patients' physical and behavioral health care services. The site presents physical and mental health education materials in an interactive format.
