Canadian Department of Veterans Affairs Awards $20.5 Million Jobs Contract to WCG International

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Social Services On February 12, 2009, Providence Service Corporation said its Canadian workforce initiative subsidiary, WCG International Consultants Ltd., was awarded a three-year $20.5 million (Canadian) contract on behalf of the Canadian Department of Veterans Affairs. WCG will work in partnership with March of Dimes, Canada, and Innovative Rehabilitation Consultants to help returning Canadian armed forces veterans find jobs. The services will start April 15, 2009. WCG and its partners will deliver comprehensive vocational rehabilitation including assessment, individualized vocational planning, and job preparation and development services for veterans and their families.
