CFSA Holds Public Meetings to Discuss Performance-Based Child Welfare Plans At the request of child welfare system stakeholders who submitted comments to a Request for Information (RFI) about the Washington, D.C., Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) plans to provide child welfare services through a Lead Agency model, CFSA scheduled six meetings to further discuss the plans and answer questions. The meetings were scheduled for March 13, 20, 27, and April 3, 10, and 25, 2007. Topics of discussion center on  facets of the RFI which requested that stakeholders submit comments and questions . . .
