National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare Conference Focuses on Collaboration Gaps Between Inpatient & Outpatient Care On March 27, 2007, the 37th annual National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare (NCCBH) Conference featured recommendations of an independent panel of experts convened to develop a consensus approach to coordination between inpatient and outpatient behavioral health treatment settings to minimize gaps in care.
