Sequel Youth & Family Services Acquires Three Springs, Inc.

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Children’s Services On February 18, 2010, Sequel Youth and Family Services (Sequel) announced it had acquired Three Springs, Inc. (TSI), a behavioral health treatment provider for adolescents. After the acquisition closed in December 2009, the programs were rebranded as Sequel TSI. The acquisition expands Sequel’s geographic reach into Alabama, Idaho, and North Carolina. TSI leadership will remain with the organization, and TSI programs will remain unchanged.
