OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News North Carolina expects to save $200 million for fiscal years 2010 and 2011 after implementing a Medicaid rate cut on October 1, 2009. The reduction affected 20 Medicaid reimbursement rates for 20 services and goodsincluding mental health and residential treatment services.
