ValueOptions Awards $7.1 Million for Community-Based Behavioral Health Services in New Mexico

On April 7, 2008, ValueOptions New Mexico — which manages New Mexico’s behavioral health services — announced it would award more than $7.3 million to 82 behavioral health care providers for the expansion of community-based services across the state. ValueOptions will allocation $3.1 million to its Community Reinvestment Program and $4.2 million to create the Community-Based Services Expansion fund, which will support the development of community-based behavioral health care services statewide.
