SAMHSA Proposes Restructuring Block Grants

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has proposed restructuring its block grant applications and creating a new discretionary Substance Abuse State Prevention Grant Program (SA-SPG) that would go to states based on a formula.
