Fallon Community Health Plan Selects Catasys Integrated Outpatient Substance Dependence Treatment Program

Share On April 5, 2011, Catasys, Inc. announced that it had entered into an agreement with Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) to provide its integrated outpatient substance dependence program to eligible FCHP members begining in the second quarter of 2011. Terms of the agreement, the contract structure, and the potential number of people to be served by Catasys were not disclosed.
