American Family Care Acquires National Urgent Care Franchise Doctors Express

On April 16, 2013, American Family Care closed a previously announced acquisition of Doctors Express, a national urgent care center franchise, from Immediate Clinic Healthcare, Inc. a subsidiary of The Ensign Group. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Doctors Express has 63 urgent care centers in 25 states.
