May 7, 2001 Kaiser Commission Names New Senior Fellow The Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured announced on May 1, 2001 that Cindy Mann has joined the staff as a Senior Fellow. Cindy was most recently the director of the Family and Children's Health Program Group at the Center for Medicaid and State Operations at the Health Care Financing Administration. Cindy's hands-on experience and thorough knowledge of public health insurance programs will be an asset to the new job, the Kaiser Commission said.
