May 19, 2003 California Assisted Living Waiver Pilot Project Awarded to NCBDC NCB Development Corporation (NCBDC) has been awarded the Assisted Living Waiver Pilot Project (ALWPP) from the Home and Community Based Services Branch of the Medi-Cal Operations Division, a program of the California Department of Health Services (DHS).
