Dr. Jess Jamieson Selected as CEO of Western State Hospital in Tacoma, Washington

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Industry Newsmakers On May 4, 2009, the Washington Division of Social and Health Services (DSHS) selected Jess Jamieson, Ph.D., as chief executive officer (CEO) of Western State Hospital. Dr. Jamieson started in the position on May 18. He succeeds former CEO Andrew J. Philips who left the position in August 2008. DSHS conducted a nationwide search for a successor.
