June 2, 2003 California Department of DD Chooses Echo Group Platform The State of California has selected the Echo Groups software as the platform for its California Department of Developmental Disabilities Information System (CADDIS). Echos web-based ShareCare product line is currently providing clinical records, medical billing, and administration functions for mental health and substance abuse agencies in the United States.
