June 20, 2005 SeniorHealth Inc. to Propose New Hospital to State of Tennessee SeniorHealth Inc. plans to propose a new psychiatric and rehabilitation hospital to the State of Tennessee. The facility to be proposed is a 3-story, 80,000 square-foot building with 91 beds - 30 adult psych beds; 14 geriatric psych beds; 12 medical detoxification beds; and 35 medical rehab beds. The facility will also provide outpatient services for behavioral health and physical medicine.  The plan is for the $18 million facility to be built on Williamson Medical Center's campus, with Williamson Medical Center to be leasing . . .
