Clinically Home Launches Commercial Hospital-At-Home Program

Clinically Home LLC has launched a commercial hospital-at-home program for health insurance plans and accountable care organizations (ACOs). Hospital-at-home is a care delivery system in which a patient receives hospital level care and oversight at home. Clinically Home provides equipment and staff necessary to manage intravenous lines, perform diagnostic tests, and provide other services in the home. The Clinically Home physicians use telehealth devices to manage care and interact with the nurses and nurse practitioners who make home visits to the patients.
