GHE HealthCare Protest Denied by VA and GAO for Counseling Contract

OPEN MINDS On-Line News The General Accounting Office (GAO) recently affirmed a decision by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Dallas, Texas to award a readjustment counseling services contract to Sherman Psychological Services. The contract provides these services to eligible veterans in Lamar and Grayson counties in Texas.
