James Stone Named Deputy Administrator of SAMHSA

July 7, 2003 James Stone Named Deputy Administrator of SAMHSA Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Administrator Charles G. Curie announced on May 28, 2003, that James L. Stone has been appointed deputy administrator of SAMHSA.  Prior to joining SAMHSA, Mr. Stone was Commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health.
