Feds Certify That 44 States Have Effective Health Insurance Rate Review Process In Place

As of February 16, 2012, the federal Department of Health and Human Services Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) said that 44 states, the District of Columbia, and three U.S. territories had effective rate review programs for at least one insurance market.
