July 17, 2006 Glynn Thomas Named Executive Director of Satilla Community Services Board After a three-month national search for an executive director, the Satilla Community Services Board (SCSB) in Waycross, Georgia, selected Glyn Thomas, Ph.D., on November 18, 2005, to serve as the organizationÂ’s new leader. Dr. Thomas has served SCSB since 2001, as performance improvement director and as a member of the leadership team.
