ResCare Acquires Caregivers Home Health
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Senior Support Services On July 17, ResCare, Inc. (ResCare) acquired Caregivers Home Health, Inc. (Caregivers). Caregivers operations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Florida have been integrated into ResCare HomeCareÂ’s existing home care operations. Annual revenues of the merged organization are expected to be $20 million. ResCare invited Caregivers employees to remain with ResCare HomeCare. ResCare HomeCare provides home care services to individuals with disabilities, as well as residential and support services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
