August 5, 2002 Brown County Human Services Committee Approves Study of Bellin-MHC Plan On July 15, 2002 the Brown County Human Services Committee recommended approval of up to $8,000 for an independent accounting firm to review what may become a proposal from Bellin Health to potentially privatize the county mental health center.
