Vestar Capital Partners Acquires National Mentor Holdings, Inc.On June 29, 2006, in the wake of an announcement in March 2006, that National MENTOR Holdings, Inc., (MENTOR) had finalized an agreement under which Vestar Capital Partners would purchase the company from Madison Dearborn, MENTOR announced that it had bought back $150 million worth of Senior Subordinated Notes.
