NYC Homelessness Project Reconnect Offers Options For Out-of-City Travel
OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Social Services Since April 2007, Project Reconnect provided by the New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) Resource Room has paid one-way travel expenses to help 564 homeless families leave the city and live with a relative elsewhere.
