August 12, 2002 Dr. Risa Lavizzo-Mourey Named President of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation On July 25, 2002 Risa Lavizzo-Mourey, M.D., M.B.A. was named the new president and chief executive officer of The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). Currently senior vice president and director of the health care group at RWJF, Dr. Lavizzo-Mourey will succeed Steven A. Schroeder, M.D., who will retire in December 2002.
