Bobby Mink Named Interim Director of Oregon Youth Authority

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Industry Newsmakers On August 1, 2008, Bobby Mink was named interim director of the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) to replace former director Robert Jester who will leave the agency on October 1, 2008. Mr. Jester resigned on July 29, 2008, after the indictment of Darrin Humphreys, director of the OYAÂ’s RiverBend Youth Transitional Program in La Grand.
