CMS Finalizes Proposed Rule Outlining Standards For Health Insurance Marketplace Navigators
On July 12, 2013, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized a rule outlining the standards for Navigators, the in-person assistants who will help applicants select and enroll in a qualified health plan (QHP) in federally-facilitated and state partnership Health Insurance Marketplaces.
