Feds Release Health Insurance Exchange Details
On August 12, 2011, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released proposed rules for health insurance exchanges that describe how the exchanges will coordinate with Medicaid and CHIP to provide a streamlined system of health insurance coverage.
