August 30, 2004 North Carolina LMEs Select CMHC Payment and Reporting Systems CMHC Systems, a provider of information technology and business solutions for behavioral health, human services, and public health organizations, announced on July 28, 2004, that it would be implementing information management systems for three major Local Management Entities (LMEs) in North Carolina.
