September 1, 2003 Fleming Retires as Director of Ohio Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Luceille Fleming, director of the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) since its formation in 1989, retired from state service on July 11, 2003.
