September 1, 2003 Maricopa County, Arizona Seeks Administrator for Behavioral Health Managed Care Delivery System The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) will be issuing a request for proposals (RFP) September 17, 2003, for an organization to administer a behavioral health managed care delivery system in Maricopa County. The contract start date is July 1, 2004, and will cover both the Medicaid and the state-only behavioral health recipients.
