September 3, 2007 Delaware Health & Wellness Survey Reveals 63% of People With Disabilities Need Help With Routine Tasks of Independent Living Among 339 people with disabilities surveyed in Delaware, about 63% said they needed help with routine tasks such as household chores and shopping. About 28.4% said they needed help with personal care activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing.
