September 10, 2001 New Director Selected for WICHE’s Mental Health Program The Mental Health Program of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) named Dennis F. Mohatt as its new director in August 2001. Before joining WICHE, Mr. Mohatt was vice president of development for FHC Health Systems. Mr. Mohatt also served as deputy director for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and as the state’s commissioner of mental health, among other positions. He received the Victor I.
