September 10, 2007 Odyssey HealthCare Names Craig Goguen as COO Craig P. Goguen joined Odyssey HealthCare Inc. (OHC), as senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) on August 20, 2007. He replaces former COO Deborah A. Hoffpauir who resigned July 1, 2007 to become a regional vice president of the OHC Southeast region.
