OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Strategic Health Care News Community mental health centers (CMHCs) using health information technology to support data-driven metrics-based management decision making were able to reduce no-show rates and improve consumer satisfaction accuracy. CMHCs in three state Medicaid systems—New Mexico, Arkansas, and Colorado—supplemented their claims-level data with service-level data to find new ways to improve the quality and efficiency of care.
