Crossroads Behavioral Healthcare Appoints Rod Ruperto as Medical Director

Swann announced that Cornelio Roderick Ruperto, M.D. has been appointed as medical director. In this role, Dr. Ruperto will provide medical oversight, utilization, and management reviews of CrossroadsÂ’ publicly-funded mental health services. He succeeds Nena Lekwauwa, M.D. Dr. Ruperto currently serves as Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine and as a psychiatrist for The ChildrenÂ’s Home, Inc., in Winston-Salem.
