September 20, 2004 Eastmann Joins National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems The National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS) announced on August 31, 2004, that Frieda Eastmann has joined the staff as special assistant for communications. In this part-time position, Ms. Eastmann is to provide editorial and project support for a wide variety of association activities. Ms. Eastmann has a long history working in the behavioral health field. Most recently, she was director of publications for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI).
