Washington State Considering Appeal Of Ruling That Ended Medicaid Home Care Services Limitations

On August 27, 2012, the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law reported that the State of Washington is considering appealing a December 2011 federal appeals court ruling in a lawsuit, M.R. v. Dreyfus, that forced the state to end a 10% reduction in Medicaid home care service hours for 12 named plaintiffs.
