ResCare Acquires Georgia Community Services Provider On September 7, 2006, ResCare Inc. announced that it purchased the assets of Quality Healthcare Services, Inc., an in-home personal care and respite provider in a “tuck-in” acquisition. The program will be added to ResCare’s existing Southern Home Care Services business. Quality Healthcare Services provides in-home personal care and respite services to the elderly and individuals with disabilities in the Augusta, Georgia area.
