Massachusetts Moving To Integrated Managed Care Model for Dual Eligible Population in 2012

The state of Massachusetts is planning to integrate the financing and management of care for dual eligibles by using a global payment methodology in which a contracted entity will receive blended Medicare and Medicaid funds to provide case management, primary care, and behavioral care services.
