Pennsylvania Governor Endorses Medicaid Expansion—With Four Plan Waiver Provisions
Pennsylvania's governor Tom Corbett announced on September 16, 2013 that the state would proceed with Medicaid expansion under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA), if and only if the federal government approves four significant changes to the state's current Medicaid plan.
