October 11, 2004 Arizona Governor Appoints Youth Development Task Force  The Arizona Youth Development Task Force, created by executive order in June 2004, is designed to foster goals that are designed to help youth become healthy and productive adults by developing attitudes, behaviors, and skills that enable them to succeed as parents, citizens, and workers.
