Rite Aid, OptumHealth Launch National NowClinic Online Care Services

Share On September 15, 2011, Rite Aid and OptumHealth launched a national partnership to provide NowClinic online care services to Rite Aid customers. The partnership features two approaches: an Internet portal on the Rite Aid web site that customers can access from home at any time of day, and in-store consultations at nine Rite Aid stores in Detroit, Michigan. Rite Aid and OptumHealth are the first to provide a virtual clinic in a retail pharmacy setting. The Rite Aid web portal is located at www.myNowClinic.com/RiteAid.
