Centene Corporation Creates New Subsidiary, CenCorp Health Solutions

October 18, 2004 Centene Corporation Creates New Subsidiary, CenCorp Health Solutions On September 13, 2004, Centene Corporation announced the realignment of its Specialty Companies into a subsidiary company to be known as CenCorp Health Solutions (CenCorp), a multi-line, Medicaid-focused specialty platform concentrating in the areas of behavioral health, nurse triage, and pharmacy compliance. CenCorp will consist of three companies: Group Practice Affiliates, LLC (GPA), which has been renamed Cenpatico Behavioral Health (CBH); NurseWise; and ScriptAssist.
