Washington Post Acquires Celtic Healthcare

October 1, 2012 The Washington Post Company announced it had agreed to acquire a majority interest in Celtic Healthcare, Inc. a skilled home health care and hospice services provider organization in the northeastern and mid-Atlantic regions. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Celtic Healthcare will continue to be led by its founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Arnie Burchianti, who will serve as CEO and co-owner.
