November 11, 2002 SAMHSA Awards Contracts Aimed To Improve Assessment of Behavioral Health Care Services On September 16, 2002, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Office of Managed Care (OMC), awarded a $98,320 contract to the National Business Coalition on Health (NBCH).
