Army Starts Emotional Resilience Training
OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Mental Health & Chemical Dependency Services A pilot group of 50 non-commissioned Army officers (NCOs) are training entry-level recruits at two bases in new emotional resiliency techniques that they learned in an August 2009 training at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). Over the next year, the Army plans to have 900 non-commissioned officers (NCOs) and officers go through the new emotional resilience training program.
