November 18, 2002 Judge Rules Virtual Space Is Not Subject to Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines A U.S. District Court of Southern Florida judge ruled on November 5, 2002, that Southwest Airlines Co. did not violate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) because their web site was inaccessible to the blind.
